@Hunxehbee SInce you're playing with mods, you'll need to test without them: Exit Sims 4 then drag your Mods folder to your desktop. Then delete the file called localthumbcache from Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If you think you might accidentally forget to exit without saving after testing, copy your Saves folder to your desktop too, to back it up. Now open Sims 4 and see if you still have the problem. If you don't, you can start the process of figuring out what from your Mods folder was causing it.

After a full day of editing the list constantly I figured out what mod it was but now I'm getting a error code

@Hunxehbee That code is also generally mod-related. Head to Broken/Updated Mods (again, if you did before), and you may need to redo a 50-50 for the new issue.

I did the 50/50 method again and the game now works. Sad thing about it is before I did the method more than half my mods disappeared from the lists and are entirely unable to be recovered from the trash.. :c what a really bad way to start off the new year.
Ps. Building items are showing at all even with the script mods allowed and everything.
