Cant see inside vacation rental

I built a vacation rental lot in Oasis Springs and when I tried to play a sim there I can't go inside, my sim can but I can't see inside. I can't go up or down floors, I can't put the walls down, cli...

    Did you have your Sim take a vacation and select the lot, or did you just travel there?

This solved it! that was easy. I had them take a vacation there and everything works
