Can't turn off freebuild on residential rentals

It was one of Tmex mods ☹️ Just weird because I havent seen anyone else complain since he updated it. Sucks.

    @fe11a9239ae671c8 He has several mods that just turn on cheats if you start the game. Not sure if he has one for freebuild
