Can't uninstall broken mods

So i have some scripts mods installed on the game, and with the recent updates the game told me i needed the latest versions to play (i got doors not working with scripts mods on), so i did, deleted the old mods, took the new ones. But when i relaucnhed the game, it was still telling me i have the old broken ones ??
By deleting again some files and the cache, i had some working with the new i have no prob except one. So i tried running the game without this one (WP)
But everytime i launch a party it says that the mod is broken i can't play, EVEN THO WP IS NOT ON MY MODS FOLDER ANYMORE i checked everything one by one it's not here anymore. When i go into the list of my mods on the game, it says that WP is installed and i don't know how  to change that ? How can i delete something that i deleted of the mod files already ? I already tried to uninstall the game install it again and it didn't changed anything
