Can't use Build & Buy CC in game!

I feel like I might be missing something but ever since the update, I've refrained from using my B&B CC until I can update it all. Well, I put that off and I updated all my mods & I have C.A.S CC installed but yesterday when I attempted to add my Build & Buy CC Folder into my mods folder, It said something about game data not being there and suggested for me to remove my CC. So I did, and the game worked fine. So I added my CC in little by little and everything works and the game runs fine but I just can't seem to play the sims with my B&B CC!! 

I'm so confused, maybe there is something that I am missing? All of my B&B CC is from well known creators (and good ones might I add) like HeyHarrie, HouseOfHarlix, Felixandre, CharlyPancakes, myshunosun, and Pierisim. Please help, I really wanna use my updated CC!
