Can't use wrapped meat

Hi. I have 20 wrapped white meat and 20 wrapped red meat (for some reason they show up as ***DEBUG*** when buying from the grocery store stalls/rabbit holes as it is the ONLY option) and when I go to make prepped meat using the stand mixer from home chef hustle it doesn't use any of them. I turned on the cottage simple-living lot challenge so it can't have the chance of auto-buying more ingredients and now it doesn't even register that I have the meat and can use it. What is the point of buying a ton of meat if I can't even use it? What is the point of the pack if I can't use it? Someone, please help me!
