Cas Extreme Option Amount

Hi, today I opened Sims 4 and saw an EXTREME amount of options of in CAS for an example when I click the ear option there is hundreds and hundreds of options as if there is one for every single way you could move or shape it. This is how it is for eyes, jaw, cheeks, nose, etc. The only packs I have are city living and cats and dogs. Ive gone through my cc and there isn't anything that could modify this. It has always been the 1 to 20+ options in those categories. I have repaired, updated, and reset but I haven't fixed it. And no, it doesn't help. It's making me have to scroll over and over to customize my characters. Please help.

My computer is a Mac by the way.
