    Sometimes removing the Mods folder only simply isn't enough which is why we've suggested you remove or rename the whole Sims 4 folder in a bid to try and narrow down the issue. It maybe that the problem is ingrained in your save in which case the only solution would be to start a new save.

I removed my whole mods folder and had a new one with no mods so I don't see what the problem is, I did figure it was just a cas mod but even after removing all the cas mods I had it was still going on, i'm not sure if its an error that once it happens it stays like that.
