CAS menus not showing/buttons bug

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.94.147.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions except High school years. All game packs except parenthood, dine out or star wars. Stuff packs I do have: paranormal, tiny living, moschino, laundry day, vintage glamour, perfect patio. Kits I have: blooming rooms, desert luxe and industrial loft kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make family in CAS. Add sims, edit them a bit. Also open "play with genetics", menu will not work sometimes.
What happens when the bug occurs? I made a big werewolf family, 6 sims. Switching between them to edit their clothes and hairs menus started to stop opening, they will be empty or not select at all. Also adding children to the family via genetics menu worked yesterday but today it will show like in screenshot, cannot use any buttons on the menu when it happens. More specifically clothing and hair menus will stop opening after a while, but I can change eye colour and such. May or may not only be werewolves, or occults in general, or it could be all sims, but normal sims seem to work more often than occults. I have no mods that alter cas menus, only tool mod and one pack of furniture CC. Restarting game fixes it temporarily
What do you expect to see? For all menus to open and function as intended with no missing buttons or weird text on buttons.
