@Rabbit_AngelArt Time to update mods, then! Because yours is a UI issue, there's a high chance that the mod concerned was updated after patch 1.105: 1.105 Broken/Updated Mods & CC thread . There's also the current thread: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Mods-CC-Issues/Broken-Obsolete-and-Updated-Sims-4-Mods-1-106-Apr-16-2024-Game/td-p/13649658 A new one will be pinned in this forum after the next patch.

@Rabbit_AngelArt If you drag the Mods folder to the desktop and delete the localthumbcache file, does that all show up? If so, it's time to do a 50-50 of your Mods folder: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Mod-CC-Issues/INFO-How-to-Use-Mods-and-CC/m-p/13439356#FiftyFifty If not, please do let me know.

@Rabbit_AngelArt If removing mods isn't helping, let's try this:
- Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop.
- Run a Game Repair from the EA App
- Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options.
- Start with New to test if your issue recurs.
If that works, we can start getting your old content back into your new folders.
