CAS won't open :(

CAS won't open. I have the Better Expectations mod, and deleted every mod that it told me to delete. I've never had this issue before until today. I also can't start a new game. My screen will stay on the same loading screen for hours. I've also updated all my mods and again, have never had an issue with them. I'd prefer to be able to play a game I've spent hundreds of dollars on.
