Cats & Dogs mods

Hi, is there please a mod that stops pets from constant whining? I mean, my head HURTS. Just please take care of yourselfs and don't whine every second I am not paying attention to you.
I loved pets in TS3 and TS2 because they could care about themselfs. But I hate them in TS4.
No-whining mod would be a great solution to this.
