Looks like you removed an custom object from your game that gave milestones. This is causing issues with the game.

After clicking on my save game it brings me into the manage world menu, other households will load, but my main household won't. It just stays on the plumbot load page indefinitely. I played with mods previously but tested without any mods, I've repaired the game (even reinstalled it), I've tried loading the previous save file, and tried uploading the family to the gallery and starting a new game with them, but none of these have worked.

I've been playing this household for nearly two years now and would be heartbroken to lose it, any fixes would be appreciated :)

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

Delete the ones you have
Trigger the error again
Check if new ones are created
If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
