In sims in certain lots, if you try to leave it, then it will crash. It doesnt generate any LE, and yes, I did take out my mods folder. 
What is working for me: When I got stuck with my sims visiting friends lot (A house) I evicted her, and then put her back in her house.

@StormyRuthless Crash as in your game is closed and your back to the desktop or do you get an error code ?

      @StormyRuthless Did you build those yourself or download from the gallery ?

      Are any of them residential rentals ?

        The one that crashed yes, I build myself (Doing a rag to riches challenge, LOL)
        But it crashed on other lots as well (Such as hospital, house of the other sim that is friend of mine sim) 
        Didn't crashed in any residential rentals (Because I didn't went to them so far)
