CC and Mods list is not showing up :( PLEASE HELP

Ok so I'm a college student and I have a OneDrive account for my university email. When I first got Sims 4 from the EA app i was logged in on my personal account but when I was downloading custom content and mods it seemed to be saving under my student OneDrive account. I didn't want to deal with being told I was saving non-college related material under the account so I took matters into my own hands and created a seperate folder with my personal account (also the account used for the EA account I have the Sims 4 downloaded under) I had also just recently downloaded the Get to Work Expansion pack. I quickly learned that trying to relocate the files was a big mistake and I tried to put them back. Now with cc and mods enabled, script mods allowed, and now a new email address added to the EA account I'm struggling to figure out how to get my mods and cc back into the game again, it's not working ☹️ PLEASE HELP
