This issue was resolved in Patch 1.91.205.1020.

Mine started yesterday morning. I did all the move in and out of mods, thumbcache, repair. Nothing. Yesterday evening after posting here I switched lifespans from short to normal and it worked. Played through 3 sim days.
This morning played through another few sim days, saving twice a sim day, just to be on the safe side, then out of nowhere it came back. Changed lifespan from normal to no ageing and it works again.
I don't have the mods that cannot be mentioned or MCCC. All I've got as far as script mods go is always testing, pose player/teleport, cas columns, shorter university and buyable cakes. So I'm not really buying the idea that it's a mod issue.
The only thing worth mentioning (or not, could just be coincidental), the first error 532 and groundhog day happened when my sim had a baby. That poor sim kid was born about 4 times. The second time was the day he aged up from toddler to child. Baby to toddler went without a hitch though.
