[CC CAS PART RELATED] Save Error 532

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game and try saving it between 1 - 5 sim days.
What happens when the bug occurs? Whether I start a brand new game or an existing save, I cannot save the game. It may let me save successfully once or twice, however, after 1 - 5 sim days if I try to save, exit the game, or return to the world map, one of two things happen: 1) It "saves" but when I load back in all of my progress is lost and the day reverts back to the last successful save OR 2) I flat out cannot save and receive an error message.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to successfully save my game and not lose all of my progress.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. This issue only came about after the patches for/release of The Sims 4 High school Years.

I play with 3 script mods and some cc so originally I assumed the issue was linked to one of those. However I tried removing each mod 1 by 1 to see if I could pinpoint the issue but regardless of which mod or cc I removed the issue persisted. I eventually deleted my mods folder and my saves folder (out of sheer desperation and frustration), repaired and even reinstalled the game but the issue persists. As of now I have spent well over $900 on this game and I just want to be able to save my progress! Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Even just helping my pinpoint the issue if it's something caused by a setting or change that I need to make.
