Regarding the groundhog day issue, I observed something yesterday that may help the devs. I had been playing happily for a week or so with no issues, saving worked and I had (apparently) beaten the groundhog. I was playing a save with aging off. I then bit the bullet and decided to run with aging set to long life span (not sure if that's important), so I started a New Game and that's when the fun began. I noticed that when I first saved the game, the game clock was set to 0800ish Sunday morning. It was light out. I saved and restarted the game from desktop, and when I loaded the save, it was dark out, as the time was midnight Sunday morning -- eight in-game hours earlier than it was when I saved the brand new file. I thought that was odd, so I tried making two more new games with the same sim and the behavior was consistent. When I disabled the HSY EP, the save/load behavior was as expected (save at 8am, loads back at 8am). The female sim I was using had two HSY items equipped: the eyeshadow in all outfits except athletic, sleep, and swimming, and one of the pairs of sweatpants as the winter outfit. Anyhow, the bug seems to be triggered by something in the HSY pack, the base game pre-patch doesn't seem to be associated directly with the issue, though I suppose it could be involved. Also, HSY was saving okay for me last week except when I used that one sim. I have seen some mod developer discussion about seeing errors related to outfits/clothing data. Hopefully this is helpful.
