@Rennegadez Empty your mods folder, including the Resource.cfg file, so the game makes a new one. The easiest way to do this is to rename or move the Mods file so the game makes a new one. Redownload the CC and add it so it's the only CC/mod there and isn't your old copy, and test in a new save.
We're trying to find out if your problem is that CC or something else, so you need to test it alone, and with a new copy. Test only that one set. I know you've seen it work for others, but we're solving a problem in your mod collection. Making sure something works for you personally, when tested without other CC/mods at the same time, is part of the process of finding what's broken. We're ruling out that you had duplicate files, or a mod conflict, or a problem from other CC breaking this one, or CC sourced from not-the-right-place. We do that with this fresh, very narrow test. If it works, that's awesome! Then we move to the next testing step to find the cause.
