Cc hair showing in cas but not live game

So there’s only one sim that I’m having trouble with. The hair I’m using is showing in cas but in the live game it changes to a bob. This same hair working on the other sims that have it just no longer her. Also the Same issue with one of the tops.

does anyone know why this might be happening. Is it the sim or is it the hair?

@frankie057 It's most likely the CC not the Sim. To find out, you can make a new household to test it in, either in a new save or in the same one.
