CC hair showing up in the wrong gender section

I installed some male hair cc and I can't use it on my males, it only lets me use it on females. I tried taking off the masculine filter in CAS in hopes of it showing up with the other female hair, but it never showed up. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks!
