CC Makeup Glitch

Hello ,

I've circled the problem areas they are the strange mosaic clear squares that go in the eyebrows and hair lines it is more noticeable on dark skin tones. This tends to happen with a few CC creators cosmetics I've tried all other advice that I've found online.

If anyone can help with or help work out what it even is it would help greatly as it's annoying me somewhat.
