So I downloaded a lot of CC from The sims Resources and I made sure it is for THE SIMS 4, I've placed my CC in the mods folders( I don't have sub folders). Some CCs show up, but the rest didn't. Perhaps the particular cc may be broken?
Try uninstalling that cc file that has the issue , redownload and reinstall that cc file, and see if that helps the issue.
If the cc comes in rar form, you need to extract the package files from the rar file first, then place the package files into the mods folder.
