cc not showing up

I have downloaded a house from the sims resource (along with the cc that is required for it) and when i try to place it from the gallery all the cc in it is missing. The cc items are all in the mods folder and i also have the setting turned on. What can i do?

    @innfestissumam A few questions for you:

    1. Are you on a Mac or a PC?
    2. Does your other CC show up, or is none of it showing?
    3. If you have any non-CC mods, do they show up?
    4. Have you done any troubleshooting?
