I am having the exact same issue with the exact same code (starting with the 102). I went through all of my cc and my game was working fine (Played for over an hour). The last time my sim tried to return to her university housing, the error popped up.

- @Simmer3703 did you find a solution for this error? I HAVE EXACTLY THE SAME ERORR, with the same code. PLEASE I WANT A SOLUTION. It appears when I try to get into university housing.

Not yet. I will do the 50/50 method 2nite and find the culprit. I will post here when I find it.
Ok. So I was able to narrow it down to Cherry Sims - Saturday Morning Pillow. Have all of my CC back in my game and I am now able to play again!!
