What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and Dogs, Seasons, Strangerville, Laundryday, city living, island living, get to work, dine out, get together, discover university, jungle adventure, holiday celebration pack, vampires, outdoor retreat.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I try to enter the lot for my household, I keep getting an error code.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I enter the lot for my household in Britechester.
What do you expect to see? I want to play with my sims in my household..
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I get this bug with and without CC. Sometimes I can play, but then next time I exit the lot I cannot get back.. I've tried removing my CC and then adding it back in checking every time if the game works. It did and so I started playing, but then the same bug happened again the next time I wanted to play. Been trying different combinations of my CC for 12 hours now (the game is so boring without it). I have no mods except for the height slider mod.
I usually get the error code in the picture below, but have gotten others as well (other ones that start with 102 or 103).
I keep being redirected to the main menu.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The bug happens when I have a Sim enrolled in University and they're living in a dorm or housing. I receive the Error Code 102:20ece5dd:2d42e9e1 when I try to load the game.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I believe the issue happened after I've downloaded Discover University. Otherwise, I haven't had this issue nor have ever received Error Code 102:20ece5dd:2d42e9e1 and I've been playing Sims for some years now.
I preordered Discover University and was able to download this expansion on the day it was released. However, I've yet to actually fully play this game because I receive Error Code: 102:20ece5dd:2d42e9e1 each time a Sim is enrolled into University and living in a dorm/housing. I've tried deleting Mods and eliminating any corrupted CC, still the same issue. I've uninstalled the base game and all of the expansions, packs, and stuff that I have, reinstalled the game but still the same issue. I've never had an issue like this before and need help resolving it. \
I’ve had this issue going on 7 times now.
With and without cc it still happens.I cleaned out cc and was able to play for awhile but now it back whenever my sim travels to different lots
