No, unfortunately not.
It occurs in following cases:
I changed a dorm in build mode ( for example using a dorm from the gallery ) and want my sim-student to move in
the loading screen while moving would disappear. Instead I get this error.
The same issue happens whenever I move into a dorm that I didnt change in build mode before moving in, use the freebuildmode cheat, use build- oder buymode, save, exit and try to reload my game.
And I noticed, I couldnt reload old gamesaves I saved before university ep, same error
