Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? i try to load into my save file with my family and it takes me back to the world selection with the message. no matter how many times i click on the family again it keeps coming up.
What do you expect to see? me playing the sims normally without any annoying messages.

so i’ve been having a problem with my game for the past 2 days. whenever i try to play with any families i’ve saved, it takes me through the loading screen, whatever and then when i click to play on their house it takes me back to world selection with the message: the game failed to load. error code: 102:20ece5dd:ef499dba. it is recommended that you relaunch the game. i HAVE relaunched the game, several times. the weird thing is this issue doesn’t pop up all the time. sometimes it’s there sometimes it’s not. i realized it was something to do with my cc and or mods so i tried the 50/50 method about 10 times and it still pops up. i’ve found one cc file that was giving it the problem so i took it out and it’s still happening no matter what. i also noticed that when the game does load maybe 20% of the time the message comes up even when i can play the game which was confusing me. i think i’ve tried everything. please help me!
