What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Island Living, Discover University, Parenthood, Vampires, City Living, Get to Work, Laundry Day, Cats and Dogs, Toddler Stuff, Seasons, and Get Famous.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I go into the game and click my first save, it brings me to where my person used to live, not where they do. The people who did live there have disappeared. Then when I click on the house it brings me to where my sim has traveled but then shows the error code.
What happens when the bug occurs? It reads an error code and then asks that I relaunch the game.
What do you expect to see? I except for my sim to live in their university housing but it acts like she doesn't live there. I also expect to be able to load where she is, but the game cuts out.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

RIght before the game crashed I was in Sulani when all the sims I had traveled there with disappeared. Then when I clicked travel home, it brought me to the wrong place. Then when I had her travel back to the university housing, it read the error code.
