This error occurs 100% of the time when I load in my household for University. There is CC in the dorm lot and I am aware that the error code that I get is from the CC in the lot("The game failed to load. Error Code: 102:20ece5dd:2d42e9e1. It is recommended that you relaunch the game.") but I'd like to know if there is a way to edit the lot without having to control my household because that it how to error code pops up. All of the script mods I've installed have been updated so that is something I can scratch off of my list( I've repaired my game several times, uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and even disabled CC/mods to see if it was just the game). Also, I really do not want to delete my CC/mods because I have thousands upon thousands of CC installed. This error only occurs in the university world.

This error is related to cc beds in dorms. Make sure you remove beds that haven't been updated for that patch (not sure if S4Studio now has a batch fix for them or not but you can also check if they can be updated)

Thank you!! I was able to remove the CC I used from the dorms, so I guess the best thing to do is to not use any kind of CC in the dormitories.
