Yes, but I am not sure how to find out which mod or cc is bad. I've had most of my cc for a while and have been able to use it frequently without any issues until recently.

First backup your save as you will loose all cc on the save once you load it without.
Then try without any cc at all. If that works, you will need to find which one. It's most likely something you used on that lot you can't load.
I would start with CC bed frames.
