[CC RELATED] Error Code 102:20ece5dd

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.77.131.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City Living, Discover University, and Get Famous.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I was decorating the dorms with CC and when I play the game at first it is fine but then when I leave the lot and try to go back in I get an error message.
What happens when the bug occurs? It takes me to the loading screen then back to the world selection page where it then displays the error message.
What do you expect to see? It doesn't let me play my sim when I try to play them.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I have pretty much done everything in terms of uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting the game, and removing cc and all. I want to the able to play without having to remove my CC and if that is not the case then it is very disappointing to know I spent my money for no reason.
