@mazxcy22 Try a Save As to see if the residual error clears. Assuming your Mods folder is still empty.
I don't know if this would help, but I tried both of the recent suggestions, and as you said, checked if my mods folder was empty. One thing I noticed was that in my mods folder was a file called Resource.cfg. I deleted it, booted up the game again, ran into the error, and when I checked my mods folder again, the Resource.crg was back.
@mazxcy22 That's a normal file that the game creates. It helps the game see your mods, including the ones in subfolders.
Okay then. I'm thinking of just giving up on this error and the save file with it, unless you know of anything else that would fix this issue?
