Same problem for me on Windows PC. I tried "random selection" and still no change. It shows that they are gone in CAS when i do that, but they are back on again after I exit. Sometimes different shoes. what ever shoes they are wearing, they are the same ones with every outfit.. I even tried a possible fix with Sims 4 Studio I saw elsewhere. Still no change. It's getting to be very annoying honestly. This only effects shoes. No other CC content for me.
- @RoomOfAngel302 I'm also having this issue, have a semi-solution. I downloaded a mod that would allow me to put actual tails on the wolves. (The mod was originally intended to be a furry mod apparently, but works a treat for this purpose as well.) Anyway, the mod codes the canine/furry features as a skin detail, and also includes canine feet, so when using the feet, it cosmetically mostly covers up the shoes. it's not perfect, and the shoe sound effect is still heard when walking, but for me I'll live with it until an actual way to remove the shoes is discovered.

I know what mod you're talking about. I got it yesterday actually. LOL!! It helps to make them look more like werewolves. As far as the shoe thing.I found another fix for that with 2 mods. One gives them werewolf feet. A mod I found on YouTube. The other is one was mentioned on here a few times.
MC Command Center mod. After putting the werewolf feet mod in my folder. I followed the instructions for the MC Command Center mob on here, It completely fixed the problem. No more shoes. No more sound of shoes. I was afraid that after saving and closing the game that the shoes would be back, but nope! It completely fixed it for me. The mod for the raised feet for the werewolves you can find by looking up Default Replacement Wolf Feet sims 4 on goggle, Look for Hail to the king in the search Then use the instructions on here for the MC Command Center.
