Can you try something please? Go into CAS, make sure the human and werewolf forms are linked, remove the shoes from the human form and check if that has any effect on the werewolf form. Because it should.
@Zasz_Zerg one would think, but no. linking the forms and removing the shoes has no effect on the wolf.
