cc sims not installing?
i tried to download a few sims from online to put into my games, but they dont show up? i've tried multiple times with putting the files in the tray folder, but ive had no luck. does anyone have a step by step guide for adding them to the game?
You likely got them in a packed format and forgot to unpack the files to place in your tray folder. The site you got them from should have instructions on what to do.
