Yep they are working on my own sims also with the same flag of freeze appearance applied, the CC skin details stay applied to all my played households, it's only happening with unplayed other households (the townies).
@andypuk1980a I would suggest heading to Deaderpool's own support, then, for help with MCCC settings.
