cc won't load

I've tried "enable custom content" button, restarting the game, removing all my custom content out of the game. I tried deleting the mods folder creating a new one and dragging all the mods in it. I've also tried deleting all the recent mods i downloaded. But, nothing has been working. When I click "show mods" nothing comes up. 

What do I do for my downloaded CC to load in the game? Please help!
