Celebrities not showing up in game since latest patch

I have not seen any celebrities in my game since the latest patch. I have seen Brytani (Cho), but she was not listed as a celebrity when hovering over her. Tried with and without cc, but no change. P...

@JonaO703 Ok, I did find them in Del Sol Valley, not thinking to look in managed households. (never had to search for them before!) It's very strange that they are not showing up everywhere, just staying home! Should I count my blessings, lol? Anyway, thank you!

@Hawksdaughter   Hey!  So I decided to do some testing and I've noticed a lack of celebrities in my game as well.  I do find them rather annoying so I sort of think of it as a blessing. :-)  However, they should at least show up to the hotspots and they aren't.  Thorne Bailey is the only one showing up.  This might actually be a bug.  I've asked some friends to check their games as well.
