I added one from the gallery to willow creek and it changed. I do have cc and mods but not on my personal cemetery I built or the one from the gallery. No related mods to consider removing.
- @RoniD2U Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.

@ltlcactus Check the list in the mods forum. Maybe it's a known issue.
