Certain Base Game Wall Pattern Swatches Not Aligning

I'm not really sure which patch added new swatches to the siding wall patterns in the base game. But certain swatches for both versions of Clapboard Crush and Cabin in the Woods don't align with some of the other swatches. I have included a screenshot of what it looks like. It does seem that it only affects the short and medium wall heights but not the tall wall height.
