Certain sims can't use computer

Question

Hello, background to the problem.&nbsp;The save file is doing dandy with one problem. A family of my character can't use his computer or any computer if that matters. I tried with and without cc/mods yet this one family still can't use any computer. It does not happen to any other character nor family in the save file and outside the save file. It does not seem to be the mod but just the character itself. I've tried all methods and all in-game lot. Is there any way to reset the family? or must I restart it?&nbsp;

@roberta591 thank you in advance, but I've tried all of the issues in the post. Sadly, it does not fix the problem i.e. deleting the table and chair, checking if the family had created a book behind my back, and repairing it. Maybe it is just the family being corrupted since it does not show the bubble at all for the computer.

@ThreeMusketeeers  Do you mean when you click on the computer you don't get an menu or something else happen ?I assume you tried computers travelling to the library and it didn't work there either ?
