Character Values

in the child person, character values are constantly moving in this way, and the logos look like a blue square. it improved when I removed the mods folder, but I still couldn't figure out which mode it was. also, I can't close the game when I press simology even alt+f4 doesn't work. I would really appreciate it if you could help.

@jpkarlsen I updated the game, removed my mods but it's the same again.

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
