'Cheating Death' moodlet appearing out of nowhere and spamming notifs

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.84.171.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Discover University, Island Living, Get Famous, Seasons, Cats & Dogs, City Living, Realm of Magic, Strangerville, Vampires, Spa Day, Outdoor Retreat, Paranormal Stuff, Nifty Knitting, Moschino Stuff, My First Pet, Fitness, Free Holiday Pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I haven't heard of anybody else experiencing this bug, but it tends to come within a few minutes of gameplay with my sims doing ordinary tasks that wouldn't necessarily be putting them in near-death situations.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sims (so far, only my young adult sims have been affected) get the cheating death moodlet and I get spammed with the notification associated with said moodlet.
What do you expect to see? Only getting that notification when my sims have actually experience near-death situations and have the notification appear only once.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. After the latest patch on the 15th (wedding pack patch), this bug has started occurring within minutes of gameplay for me. It doesn't appear when I turn off the mods, but this issue didn't start appearing with mods on until the current patch. I have all of my mods updated and I haven't downloaded any new custom content since last month.

I apologize if this is in the wrong section. But yeah, like I said before, since the latest February patch, my sims have been getting the 'cheating death' moodlet, and I've been getting spammed with notifications about it (see attachment) even though my sims have been doing ordinary tasks that wouldn't put them in near-death situations. It doesn't occur when I have mods and custom content off, but before this latest patch, everything has been working fine with mods on. I have not downloaded any new custom content throughout the month, and as far as I know, all of them are up to date. Any tips on how to get this taken care of would be much appreciated.

The key thing you said is that it doesn't happen when you have your mods turned off.  I have never seen that notice you show in the pic before, so it almost has to come from a mod that you have.  Just because it worked fine before the patch and now causes that notice to keep popping up is a clear indication that there was something new in the patch that is triggering it and the mod needs to be updated.  So you need to figure out which mod it is and either update it or remove it.  Based on what the notice said, I would first look at any mods that affect death or life spans as I get the impression that whatever mod it is, it has made your sim immortal and unable to die.

And I would suggest you take a look at all your mods and update any you find have been updated as well.

    Hope this helps.
