Chef not showing up

It fixed itself last night. I'm thinking it has something to do with my Sim going to college because as soon as she graduated and moved out of her dorm the restaurant was working normally again.

Would you mind enrolling another Sim just for testing purposes on a backup of of your save to see if the error comes back ?
