Child Disappeared from panel but still active in household/on family calendar

A regular sim child I play has Disappeared from household panel but still active in household/on family calendar. She’s living in the house but there’s no thumbnail for her anymore.. anyone had this happen?

Since the update whenever my sims make food and out it in the fridge it disappears. I know it hasn't been eaten because it will be completely knew with lots of servings and completely vanish.
