Children not recognized as children.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.96.397.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except for Werewolves and Growing Up Together
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Select Aliens Stole My Parents Scenario. Create a Sim family. Add teenager. Add two parents. Add one or two children using DNA.
What happens when the bug occurs? It will not allow me to begin the scenario because it says I still need to add a child to my family.
What do you expect to see? I expect it to allow me to play the scenario as I do have two children in the family.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

As shown in the screenshot, I clearly have two children, a teen, and two adults.
