Choosing an employee outfit takes you immediately to create-a-sim

So I don't know if it's just me that's having this problem or what, but every time I go and place a restaurant, and then try to choose a uniform from the options that they present to change for the different employees, it will immediately take me to create this and even when my mouse is absolutely nowhere near the editing button. I don't know why it does this or how I can get this fixed or if it's just an overall glitch in the game but it's an irritating thing that keeps happening every time.
