Circular Glass Roof Issue

Hello! I'm having an issue with my dome glass roofs. (I know this building looks weird haha I'm attempting something strange atm)

When I first placed them, they were working fine and the floor underneath disappeared them, letting the light through. However I was editing the shape of the structure and apparently at some point the floor reappeared. The problem is that if this was a regular roof, I'd just make a room under them and delete the ceiling, however these are circular roofs and the shape wouldn't come out right. Does anyone know a fix for this? Thank you!
