Hi, I’m having the same issue. I just downloaded the game for the first time on a different PC and created a new random sim. Moved him into San Myshuno and played for 10 sim days straight and no festivals spawned. I also did not edit any lot in any of the worlds. Please help, thank you.
@laurinebeshay Did you check the board in the hallway if there's any festival announced ? Any mods/cc added ?
